Job Description
Duties:
- Provide customer service tasks in shopping mall
- Provide IPAD user training to customers
- Receive incoming call & case handling
- Provide service to customers, contact assistance providers, reporting actions in the system applications
Responsibilities:
- Higher Diploma or above
With 1 year of relevant experience in customer service would be an advantage
Pleasant, stable, independent and have strong sense of responsibility and urgency
Good computer knowledge in MS Office especially in Excel
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
Fresh graduates will also be considered
