Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sustainability strategies aligned with the organization’s goals
- Monitor and report on sustainability performance using relevant metrics and KPIs
- Engage with stakeholders on sustainability issues and collaborate on initiatives
- Conduct sustainability risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
- Manage sustainability reporting and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Identify opportunities for sustainability improvements and cost savings
- Promote a culture of sustainability within the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or related fields
- In-depth knowledge of sustainability principles, frameworks, and best practices
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with sustainability reporting and data analysis
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
