The successful candidate will be responsible for selling marketing solutions to corporates, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate and commercial sector in Hong Kong
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase our marketing solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a positive and high-performing sales culture
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue to management

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the marketing solutions or related industries
  • Experience in coaching and building the sales team
  • Strong network and relationships within the corporate sector in Hong Kong
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, with a passion for sales and business growth
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
