They are seeking an energetic and passionate Retail Supervisor to oversee the store’s daily operations and drive sales. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and a welcoming environment
• Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is always presentable and appealing
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and product replenishment in collaboration with the management team
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of store-level marketing and promotional activities

Requirements:

• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for the latest trends
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with a positive attitude
• Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills
