Position: Retail Associate / Retail Supervisor
Location: Central, Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling advice
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure attractive product displays
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, including VIP clientele
  • Handle daily store operations including inventory management and cash handling
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge
  • Supervise junior staff members and provide training (for Supervisor role)
  • Coordinate with management on stock replenishment and product feedback

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury goods
  • Excellent fashion sense with ability to style and advise customers
  • Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Customer-oriented mindset with proven sales track record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and designers
