Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sea freight shipping and a strong understanding of logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee sea freight shipping operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to optimize shipping schedules and routes
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations
  • Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues or delays that arise
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and provide reports to management
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in sea freight shipping


  • Proven experience in sea freight shipping and logistics operations
  • Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and documentation requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in logistics and shipping software
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
