Our client is a fast-growing tech startup that is looking for dedicated IT Support and System Administrator to join their team and ensure the smooth operation of their IT infrastructure and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and maintain servers, network devices, and security systems
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support IT solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or System Administrator in a tech startup environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration
- Experience with network protocols, virtualization, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
