The Role:
This is an impactful HR leadership role for a hands-on professional who thrives in a high-energy, mission-driven environment. You will be the heartbeat of people operations, owning recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and culture—ensuring the brand attracts and retains vibrant talent aligned with its dynamic spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across all levels, from wellness to retail ambassadors to corporate roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates who embody the company’s active lifestyle culture
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences reflecting the brand’s energy and ethos
- Build and partner closely with department heads to form high-performing teams
- Manage accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for 100+ team members—strong payroll expertise required
- Ensure payroll compliance with Hong Kong employment laws and maintain precise HR records
- Administer employee benefits and address payroll/ HR inquiries with professionalism
- Champion and cultivate a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with company values
- Handle employee relations issues thoughtfully and effectively
- Support engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and team-building activities
What You Bring:
- 5–10 years of solid HR experience with demonstrated payroll management expertise
- Immediate availability preferred to join a fast-paced environment
- Background in retail, wellness, lifestyle, or related industries is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, tech-savvy, and confident with HRIS and payroll platforms
- Professional, approachable, and positive team player passionate about active living and wellness culture
- HR certification or relevant academic qualifications are a plus
