The Opportunity
This isn’t your typical HR role. We’re seeking a dynamic HR Manager who thrives in a high-energy, purpose-driven environment. You’ll be the heartbeat of people operations, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of the passionate talent that powers this exceptional brand.
What You’ll Own
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all positions, from athletes-turned-retail-stars to corporate professionals
- Build creative sourcing strategies for sports-passionate candidates
- Deliver memorable candidate experiences aligned with the energetic brand culture
- Partner with hiring managers to build strong, high-performing teams
Payroll & HR Operations
- Take ownership of accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for 100+ team members—payroll experience is essential
- Ensure all payroll activities comply with Hong Kong employment regulations
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee records with precision
- Administer employee benefits and act as a trusted contact for all payroll and HR queries
Culture & Employee Experience
- Be a brand ambassador who lives the company values in every interaction
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment
- Manage employee relations matters professionally and with empathy
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and team-building initiatives
What Makes You Perfect for This Role
- 3-5+ years of hands-on HR experience, with proven, in-depth payroll administration/processing responsibility
- Immediate availability for short notice start is highly preferred
- Experience in retail, sports, or lifestyle brands desirable
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in Cantonese and English required, Mandarin a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy—confident with HRIS and payroll systems
- Professional, approachable, and positive team-player with a passion for sports or active living
- HR certification or relevant degree an advantage
