Our client, a prominent property developer, is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Sales and Marketing to lead their upcoming large-scale luxury residential project in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote the luxury residential project, ensuring maximum visibility and attracting high-net-worth individuals.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to various teams, including development, design, and finance, to align project objectives and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape, and develop effective positioning and differentiation strategies.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry partners, to enhance brand visibility and create promotional opportunities.
  • Oversee the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring effective lead generation, conversion, and customer relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales and marketing role within the luxury residential property sector in Hong Kong, with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and long-term vision, with the ability to navigate market uncertainties and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong luxury property market, including market trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory landscape.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute innovative and effective marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and emerging technologies.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance and ROI.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take calculated risks to drive project success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
