Job Description
Our client, a leading company in the pet industry, is urgently seeking a Financial Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will support the company’s financial operations, including month-end closing, system implementation, budgeting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the month-end closing process
- Implement and maintain financial systems (Quickbook) to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Develop and prepare annual budgets and regular financial forecasts
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial management role
- Experience in month end closing, full sets of accounts, budgeting & forecasting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software
