Our client is a fast growing e-commerce fashion brand and they are seeking a data-driven and innovative E-commerce Growth Strategist to join their fast-growing online fashion brand headquartered in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing our current e-commerce website, marketing, and advertising channels, and implementing strategies to drive global business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of our e-commerce website, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Analyze current marketing and advertising channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, to optimize ROI and drive sales growth.
- Perform thorough keyword research and implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Utilize A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously improve the performance of our e-commerce website and marketing efforts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and customer service, to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce growth, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and various digital marketing channels.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver projects on time.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of consumer behavior in the fashion industry.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
