Customer Service Supervisor (Also hiring CS Assistant roles!)

Our client is a fast-growing and inspiring sports brand that champions passion, performance, and community. As they expand, they are now seeking a Customer Service Supervisor who shares their energy, embraces their brand DNA, and is motivated to deliver outstanding service that strengthens their mission.
This isn’t your typical customer service role!
We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service Specialist who would be the core of how customers experience the brand — handling enquiries across digital and offline channels, supporting bookings, and managing automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily customer enquiries, bookings, and feedback through phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and in-person
- Respond to customer messages using automation tools (WhatsApp/IG auto-replies, chatbots) to improve efficiency
- Assist with scheduling classes and coordinating coaches’ timetables across branches
- Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring a positive brand impression
- Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and sales teams to enhance the overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prepare reports on service performance
- Participate in promoting new services, campaigns, and membership offers
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in SME or start-up environments
- Hands-on experience with multi-channel customer support (phone, social media, WhatsApp, Instagram)
- Familiar with automation replies or digital customer engagement tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and fluent in Cantonese & English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfort working with digital platforms
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and on rostered shifts as required
- Junior candidates would be considered as CS assistant or CS specialist
