Job Description

Our client is a fast growing MNC and they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our global finance and operations team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing insightful analysis to support management decision-making and driving system enhancements to optimize our reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive analyses and reports to management, including financial, sales, and logistics data.
• Identify areas for improvement in existing reporting tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
• Actively participate in system enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Continuously monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of reports and analyses.
  Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP systems and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver projects on time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
