  • Proactively identify and engage with potential corporate partners across various industries to explore collaboration opportunities
  • Develop and propose creative partnership ideas, campaigns, and event concepts that align with their brand and offerings
  • Negotiate and secure partnerships, managing the end-to-end process from initial outreach to contract execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, events, digital) to plan and execute successful corporate promotions, events, and online campaigns
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and exploring opportunities for expansion
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new business opportunities
  • Support and organize networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to promote our partnership offerings
  • Track and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, marketing, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts and campaign ideas
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software
  • Driven, energetic, and self-motivated with a passion for client-facing roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to attend events and meetings outside of regular business hours as needed
