Business Analyst Manager – MNC

About the Role
The Business Analyst Manager leads the management of enterprise solutions aligned with the overall technology roadmap, driving business value realization. You will oversee project management, user requirements, system design, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful deployment of enterprise applications.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end project activities including planning, implementation, control, and delivery to meet quality, schedule, and budget targets
- Define resource needs, allocate effectively, and ensure availability aligned with project milestones
- Lead requirements gathering and system design with business/system analysts, ensuring architecture meets user needs
- Engage business users to understand processes and manage client expectations per statement of work
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, resolve issues, and communicate project status through reports and meetings
- Coordinate with external technology partners for contract and logistics management throughout project lifecycle
- Motivate and guide project teams; encourage knowledge sharing of best practices
What You’ll Need
- 10+ years’ experience in project management, including at least 5 years managing complex technology solutions in cross-functional environments
- Proven track record in ERP project management, preferably with SAP Supply Chain or Finance modules
- Strong knowledge of project methodologies and managing system integrations and application development
- Experience managing offshore shared service teams and external tech partners
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability skills under pressure
- Strong business acumen and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Professional certifications like PMP or SAP preferred
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
