Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, responsible and pleasant individual to assist us in our customer service and retail operations.  We provide on-going training and we are looking for the right candidates to grow with us.


You will be assigned to provide and manage:

  • Customer service support, including in-store sales, handling phone and email inquiries
  • Manage other staff to provide customer support in product ordering, delivery arrangements and service and consultation bookings
  • Responsible for meeting company sales and business targets
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records and basic bookkeeping
  • Supervise the management of inventory to ensure sufficient stock for sale and run promotions where necessary
  • Ensure the smooth running of the company’s operations and meet business goals
  • Ability to lead and manage a small team of staff


  • University degree holder
  • Passionate about health and wellness and open to learning
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese).  Mandarin is an advantage
  • Advanced communication skills are required in both written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
  • IT savvy and not afraid to learn about new technology and job efficiency tools
  • Minimum 5-7 years working experience in hospitality, customer service, or wellness related industries
  • Presentable and health-conscious
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enjoys connecting with people
  • Possess a calm, patient and mature personality
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, organized, diligent and a team player with good working attitude
  • Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure and manage multiple tasks while maintaining the set priorities.
