Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Upgrading monitors and computer sets for internal staff members and outsourced workers
  • Setting up IT equipment such as computers, monitors, notebooks, mobile devices, projectors, TVs, TV walls and video conference equipment
  • Providing user support for troubleshooting including but not limited to hardware or software issues

 

Job Requirement:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1 year experience in technical and user support
