Job Description
Job Duties:
- Respond to and resolve user requests and inquiries related to hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems, including installing and configuring software, managing user accounts, and applying security patches
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals
Job Requirement:
- F.5 or above
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or IT assistant role (less experience will be also considered)
- Proficient in the use of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and common software applications
- Experience with WIFI and, cabling is preferred
