Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Provide onsite maintenance & support services for Octopus Access Control system related hardware
    including Card Reader, Carpark Barrier Gate, Controller, Server, Desktop, Laptop,  Printer, Loop Detector, Intercom…etc.
  • Provide onsite maintenance & support services for Octopus Access Control system related software including installation, configuration, trouble shoot.

 

Job Requirement:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1-2 years working experience with IT system experience (less experience also would be considered for junior post)
  • Knowledge on Hardware and Software Door Access and Carpark Barrier Gate system will be an advantage
  • Effective and efficient problem solving skill
  • Self-motivated and Good interpersonal skill
