Our origin is “Integrative-Living” founded in 2005 by Anita S K Cheung,  pioneer in wellness, coaching and healing, voted Best Alternative Healer in 2021 and 2023 , and Women of Wellness in 2022(Liv Wellness Lifestyle Award).

We operated as “i-Detox” between 2008 and 2018 and an award-winning operation. We evolved and continued to innovate, delivering more value by improving how we do what we do.

We have received multiple awards through the years, including being voted Best Alternative Healing Centre in 2021 (Liv Wellness Lifestyle Award).
